About Coupons


Upon payment, you may input the designated serial number and the code of any coupon that you have obtained through various channels, and the discount based on the coupon will be applied to the payment. For discounts applicable to the merchandise, the lowest discount will be given first.
A coupon is invalid after a single use and shall not be returned due to any of the following: cancelled order, returned merchandise, exchanged merchandise, or order cancelled and placed again, and shall not be converted to cash or merchandise of an equivalent value.

Domestic Shipping

 

T-Cat Courier (1-3 days): Once payment is made and the webpage shows successful payment, you will receive the Note of Successful Payment, which means that the order has been established. Our warehouse center will then promptly arrange for delivery. It may take about 1-3 working days for us to confirm your purchased merchandise is in good condition before we can deliver it to you. Once the merchandise is delivered by the warehouse center, the Notice of Delivery, specifying the tracking number for your purchase, will be sent to the email address that you have provided. You may track the shipping progress of your purchase in the Orders in the Content and at the website of C-Cat (https://www.t-cat.com.tw/inquire/Trace.aspx) (enquiry about delivery status).

Picking up the goods at 7-11 or FamilyMart (1-2 days): After M2C delivers the merchandise, we will send the Notice of Delivery, specifying the tracking number for your purchase, to the email address that you have provided. When the merchandise is delivered to the designated store, a text message will be sent to you, asking you to pick up and pay for the merchandise.
※Goods to be picked up at 7-11 and Family Mart have volume specifications. If the package in which your merchandise is packed is larger than the size provided in the specifications, we will inform you by telephone or email. 3. Delay due to other causes: In case of shortage of stock or defects found upon preparation for delivery, we will designate staff to contact you and confirm delivery-related matters. Overseas Shipping (including China, Hong Kong, and Macao)


For an overseas order, the freight charged by the International Express Mail Service is calculated based on the volume and weight of the delivered goods. To provide a preferable freight, we do not offer the price of freight directly. After you, as an overseas user, place an order, please do not make payment right away. Customer service staff will calculate the freight for you based on the country and area to which your purchase will be delivered and the volume of your purchase. Then please follow the steps indicated by the customer service staff.
